Description:

​The Control Automation Team within Citi’s AIM global community focuses on simplifying, streamlining, and automating manual banking controls. Operating at the C09 officer grade, you will leverage data-driven capabilities and automated techniques to eliminate manual touchpoints, identify policy breaches, map control gaps, and provide data evidence for audit completion. The role interfaces with Business, Internal Audit, Risk, and Technology teams to analyze data quality and translate complex operational scenarios into actionable intelligence.

​Requirements:

• ​Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a premier institute. (B.Tech / B.E / MCA in IT or associated lines accepted; Postgraduate/Master's in Computers is highly preferred).
• ​0–3 years of experience in Software Development or Production Support, specifically identifying production failures and fixing code bugs within SAS and SQL environments.
• ​Proven ability to build end-to-end automation components, perform data analysis, monitor data quality, and construct automated techniques to remove manual pipeline interventions.
• ​Basic-to-intermediate proficiency operating with SAS, SQL, and Tableau, alongside high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• ​A solid foundational understanding of standard banking products (e.g., Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Deposits, Loans, and Insurance).
• ​Functional experience running SAS on Mainframe, working with code versioning systems like Bitbucket, or possessing baseline familiarity with global Finance Regulations and corporate Audit processes.
• ​Good interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive debugging mindset with deep attention to detail, and the capacity to adapt quickly within a fast-paced finance operations environment.
